We deliver only to Singapore at the moment. Delivery charges for most individual items begin from just SGD 2 for the first piece, and increases with each additional piece. Delivery will be through local courier services and will be sent to the doorstep of your address. It typically takes approximately 2-4 days for an order to reach you.
If you would like a same day purchase, you may also opt for this when you add your item to your cart, should your order be placed before 12pm.
We have since started offering pick up options as well, and these can be done at 110 McNair Road, from weekdays 7pm onwards. If you decide to proceed with this options, please drop an email to us after your order to let us know when you'd like to pick your items up.
Similarly, if you're looking to purchasing a large order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We can work out an arrangement that would be favourable for you.

Can I change my mind and cancel my order after I have made payment?
Once payment is successfully received, all placed orders are final and items will be considered sold. Items will be shipped promptly after payment confirmation.
How can I check on the cost of shipping? I can't see it reflected in my cart.
To check on the cost of shipping, buyers can proceed to key in their address details first without making payment. The total shipping charges will be indicated on the final checkout page before payment is made. Orders are not confirmed if payment is not made.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
For deliveries within Singapore, please allow up to 2-4 days. Our deliveries are sent through trackable door-to-door couriers.
There is an option for Same Day Delivery service should you wish to opt for it.
For urgent orders, please send us an email to inquire about what is in stock and available.
I would like to know my tracking number.
Please write to us if you'd like to track your parcel and we can send you the tracking number of your delivery.
I would like to gift this to someone.
We'll be happy to include a note if you're puchasing this as a gift for someone else! As our invoices are sent via email, we do not include them into our packages. You may include your message during checkout.
I would like to place a bulk order of more than 20 candles.
